Product Profile

The Inf 24F MT Ferrule Kit provides the fiber positioning components for manufacturing 24 fiber MPO connector assemblies. A precision molded MT ferrule and matching MT boot organize the fibers at the termination interface, supporting the production of trunk cables, breakout assemblies and ribbon fiber interconnections.

Singlemode and multimode configurations are available, with PC or APC ferrule designs and standard loss or low loss grades. The ferrule and boot configuration should be selected together with the intended cable structure, fiber preparation method and MPO connector housing.

Designed for connector assembly manufacturers, the kit forms part of a complete termination system. Final optical performance depends on the selected components, fiber alignment, adhesive curing and polishing process, with acceptance checks performed on the completed optical connection.
